Fernleaf Motel Rotorua is just 3 minutes’ drive from Lake Rotorua. Rotorua Bus Station and the popular Polynesian Spa are each a 5-minute drive away. All studios and apartments include a kitchenette or kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room type has a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Unfortunately, we don't have an office on site and the guest has to come to a different location for check in. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
