Brand new 3-bedroom apartment on Maclean Street in Paraparaumu Beach. Secure access, central elevator, and undercover car park. King sized master bedroom and en-suite, Queen sized bedroom, and a third bedroom with two long-single beds which can be set up as a Super King sized bed. Full kitchen, dining and open-concept living space including office space. Two private outdoor areas on either side of the apartment – a sunny fenced terrace, and a generous balcony with views of the South Island.
