Due to the central residential location and disturbance to our surrounding neighbors, checking in after 21:00 (9pm) is NOT possible. It is your own responsibility to find another accommodation after this time.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
