Company information

We are right on the beach. Walk out the front and you are in instantly transported to beautiful Pochomil Beach. Our Wifi is the fastest option possible in the area. The wifi range covers the whole property and you won't have any problems connecting. We have a Netgear Nighthawk Router with added antennas to extend the range. The main house has a large bedroom with bathroom that was just redone with rainfall showerhead and all new sink and fixtures. It has hot water and we supply shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The bed is King Size and we have a net that covers the bed to keep out insects if you like to keep the doors to the balcony open at night. The house is the perfect distance from the ocean to hear the waves crashing and lul you to sleep every night. Close the doors and it can be quiet. We have 2 hammocks on the balcony. The main house also has a small TV with Amazon Firestick so you can watch all your Netflix, Prime Video, UFC and Spectrum programming. In the front yard is our pool which is about 5 ft deep. Next to it is our Jacuzzi.

We are new to Booking but very experienced in hospitality. We are Super Host status on other platforms. Our property has 3 houses and sleeps up to 10 total. See our property layout in the images. We offer our property for rent in 3 different options. 1 - As a whole. Sleeps 10 guests 2 - You can rent an individual Casita which will sleep up to 4 at a discouted rate and you can have use of the whole property as a share with other guests who will rent the other Casitas's 3 - You can rent the Main House Bedroom - Ideal for Couples with a large King Size bed and a spectacualar view and Balcony. The View from the main bedroom balcony is amazing. We have two hammocks there to chill the day away as well as another couple around the property. Surfing is good right in front of the house. We have Boogie Boards and other water toys that are included like snorkles and fins. GREAT LOCATION TO GO SURFING OR BODYBOARDING! Its a hidden Gem of a location no one knows about. When you arrive you will be welcome by made beds with fresh linens as well as fresh fluffy towels and a scented essential oil diffuser puffing a mist of fresh Orange or LemonGrass.

Neighbourhood information

The back Casitas have double beds and on the second floor have bunk beds. Each casita has its own private Bathroom. Our property is surrounded by a 10 ft wall and we have a private area within the property for parking your vehicles. We have a 24-hour groundskeeper named Yerling who lives in an additional casita near the back gate entrance. He is there to maintain the property and to help you with anything you may need. I am available always for anything you may have questions about or need help with. I respond very quickly to emails, text and text apps. I will always do what I can to help make sure you have a 5 star experience. Please note, we do have security cameras throughout the common areas of the property for yours and our protection. We do have a R/O Water purification setup in the kitchen for plenty of drinking water.
