Property information

We are pleased to present The GilGal a high-end accommodation establishment located on a plot of more than 3000m2, located in a residential and serene environment in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The GilGal There are 8 units and each unit is designed on two floors with a total area of about 300m2 including; three bedrooms with bathroom, a box room, toilet, a family room, a very spacious living room, a dining room, kitchen with laundry and store. Facilities include and are not limited to; 24 hours electricity supply and security, tennis court, gym, swimming pool, gazebo, wi-Fi, cable TV and one (1) quarter servant assigned to each unit. The GilGal has facilities that are generally available in hotels, but at a much lower cost. The GilGal overlooks the lagoon and therefore the calming effect on residents cannot be overestimated In addition, the 300m2 floor area occupied by each unit makes it possible to adapt several families / individuals, resulting in additional savings while living standards are not compromised
