- Great location! 5 minutes from the beach & airport, near everything! - 24/7 security, pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables, shaded areas, parking - Pet-friendly, ideal for couples and solo travelers, private balcony, A/C & fans - A well-equipped kitchen, WiFi, laptop-friendly workspace, 55" HDTV with cable - Don’t wait to reserve for a fun and relaxing getaway in Puerto Vallarta! This is a pet-friendly property, and there is a fee of 20 USD. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300 USD penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
