Whether you want to work or break away from your routine. I will be happy to host you and your family or friends, and help you on arrival. Your first meal and some basics are included in the rent, for your first day. No grocery shopping required straight away! This includes: cleaning products, toiletries, water and drinks, as well as basic food such as bread, butter, water, tea, coffee, milk etc.... Information on the island and its facilities, available in the house. The villa has 4 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guest toilet downstairs. Lounge and verandah has a ceiling fan on sitting area. Garden and beach furniture provided, such as garden sitting chairs, tables, beach sunbeds, eating table and chairs. Cleaning service available 6 days a week in the morning. Cooking on request at extra charge. Babysitting or helper available on request, at extra cost. Barbecue equipment provided. Beach towels provided as well as bedsheets and towels. The beach and bay are beautiful all year round. Lovely sunsets and perfect for a good rest. A very nice tropical garden, with coconut trees will protect you from direct sunlight when having a siesta in the shade. Arrival time: 2pm and departure time: 10am. Prior arrangements, WHEN POSSIBLE, can be made for an early arrival (no extra charge) or a late departure. A late / afternoon departure will be charged at a rate of 50% of nightly rate. Please advise the property on your time of arrival and departure prior to confirmation of booking.

The villa is in a common garden, with 3 other similar villas. Each villa is private and separate. Private garden area in front of each villa and the beach is at the end of the garden directly. Well known hotel situated on the beach. Sometimes, you may hear some music from the hotel. Pereybere/Grand Bay region, is full of a variety of restaurants, some nightclubs and bars. Supermarkets and shops. Close to Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, l’Aventure du Sucre, Labourdonnais village, with it’s typical old house and restaurant. The islands in the north, Coin de Mire, Flat Island and Gabriel island, are famous. Catamarans can be rented for day or sunset cruises.
