La Résidence offers modern luxury living in a heavenly tropical scenery close to all amenities including restaurants and a supermarket, with activities like snorkelling, windsurfing, and diving nearby. The complex gives access to a common swimming pool, sun loungers, tropical gardens, and a fitness room. A short walk across the street leads to a white, sheltered beach offering stunning views of Coin de Mire, only 20 meters from the complex, ideal for lagoon swimming.
Friendly and outspoken.
The apartment is nestled in a private complex which offers a large garden area with a pool and a gym. Just across the main road, there is an alley ending on the serene beach with pearly sand. Two minutes away from centre of activities, with all amenities available. Private underground parking is available on spot. Navigating around the neighbourhood is easy.
