Welcome to ‘Le Mouillage’: you'll feel right at home here! This flat is a great place to share good times! This magnificent penthouse is located in the commune of Calodyne: a privileged, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Grand Baie town but close to everything you'll need for a wonderful holiday. 👙🌴: a magnificent renovated private terrace with everything you need to relax: small infinity pool, sun loungers, parasol, lounge area, dining area, weber gas barbecue and all with a just incredible view over the lagoon. Imagine waking up early in the morning and drinking your coffee with the birds singing in the background and this view! What a delight! 🍽️ : Fully-equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in this large, modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you'll need: fridge, induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.
