Selmunett-Malta Homestay has a quiet setting on the edge of Naxxar, just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of St. Paul's Bay. The rooms all feature views of the garden as well as free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. This homestay can arrange bike and car rental and recommend the best local restaurants. You will find friendly pets on site and a ping pong table in the garden. The Selmunett - Malta Homestay has some olive trees and you will also find here a children's playground, a library and free car park. Set on a hill, the homestay has excellent bus links around Malta and into Naxxar centre, which is also a 10-minute walk away. Valletta is 15 minutes away by car and 30 minutes away by bus.

We have a lovely house located in the centre of the island with ample garden space, where we grow a vast selection of seasonal fruits & plants & make our own Jams from home produce including, Olive Oil, Sun dried tomatoes and a selection of drinks both soft and alcoholic.
I retired from the Hospitality industry in 2007 after 40 years in the Hotel and Travel Agency Business, I felt that this really would be an ideal pastime in my retirement as I have the time to run the property and spend valued time with my guests. In fact i receive all guests on arrival, check them in, show them their room and give them general walk about the property. We are joined and assisted by our 3 year old Boxer Puppy called Toby who is super efficient and knows the ropes. Our 18 month old Boxer puppy helps me with the show round he is an over friendly dog and is more of a pet than guard dog. He loves being with people.
Apart from being in the centre of the island, Selmunett is located in a residential area that is located on a hill and commands views of Malta below, as far as Mellieha and further a field to the sister island of Gozo. It is in walking distance from Naxxar our nearest Town where shopping is possible and a selection of restaurants are available for both lunches and dinners as well as snacks and just pizza. On arrival all guests are provided with general information about the island as well what to do, where to go for historic information or activities. water sports and visits to unusual places.
