Property information

Cozy apartment with neat decoration, at the bottom of a villa . Enjoy recent accommodation, featuring a stunning sunset and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, from the pool with a cocktail in hand ! Our street is steep as in many places on this corner of the island and we are not able to communicate an access route by GPS avoiding the too accentuated coasts. Additional equipment: photovoltaic energy, solar water heater (200l), small cooler available for beach outings, insulated bottle holder, disposable cardboard dishes, champagne bucket, outdoor tap for rinsing (water effects and hiking shoes). Accuracy : the pool is not suitable for swimming in the pool but rather for relaxation. Request prior agreement for any visitor welcomed (a supplement may be required).

Neighbourhood information

Warning: GPS navigators can make you take steep roads in this place of the island. Quiet, family neighborhood. Accommodation close to the city center and amenities, the beaches of Schoelcher (Anse Madame, Anse Collat). A small shopping center is located about 1.5 km higher (Terreville) and a bakery.
