Reservation must be guaranteed through a valid credit card (Netcard not accepted) upon its confirmation.
The cardholder must be a hotel check-in guest. Upon arrival at the hotel, the cardholder shall present the same card used for verification. If such card cannot be presented, payment must be settled through another credit card or in cash.

Abiding to Macao Special Administrative Region immigrations law no 16/2021 guests are required to provide the valid arrival card issued while clearing immigration, if the card could not be provided, guests are not allowed to stay.
A damage deposit of HK$ 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
