We are 2 brothers Amar and Anand who have been operating our family business and truly enjoy what we do. We love to travel and understand what our guests expect from their stay. Our staff is on site 24 hours a day and we are just phone call away if you have specific questions.

We have been in business since 1995 and strive to provide our guests with best accommodations and excellent service that each guest deserves. Zaya 1 is our original guesthouse that went through complete renovation in 2015 and re-opening its doors for our guests. Just across the street is our Zaya 2 Hostel conveniently located in the center of the town everything is within walking distance. Our dedication to exceeding your expectations is known with travelers across the world. Mongolia can be a challenging and adventurous country to travel and that is why we try to help and navigate you through your journey into our beautiful country. We have a travel desk that can assist you with your air, train, and bus tickets both domestic and international as well as tours around the country.
