Ocean View Carambola apartment with a 20m2 terrasse located above Etang Chevrise in Orient Bay. the fantastic view to Orient Bay beach and SxBarth. The apartment is for 2 guests. One living room, a furnished kitchen, a bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom;toilet. Total: 56m2 . The Private terrace overlooking the Chevrise Pound and in the distance Orient Bay beach.  Drink your coffee watching the sunrise on the Ocean… watch the sunset with a glass of wine or champagne in the evening…
Qui sommes-nous”. « Who are we?” After working during many years as free lance designer in Paris and New Delhi /India and as Show room manager in the decoration and textiles industry in Paris, we have decided to move to SXM to work on a BnB project in 2010. Our lucky star finally has brought us to Le Petit Hotel in Grand Case where we are still today resident managers since 14 years. REMY is married to YAMINA. CARAMBOLA Location : 2 Km (1,2mi) to Orient Bay : 10 minutes walking 3 Km 1,9mi to Grand Case, the French Caribbean capitale of the gastronomy: 5 minutes 3 Km to Anse Marcel : 5 minutes driving. 2 Km de l’Ilet Pinel : 3 minutes to the parking lot in Cul de Sac. 11,6 Km, 7,5 mi, de Philipsburg, the Dutch capitale (duty free shopping) : 20 minutes. 15 Km, 9,3mi  de l’aéroport international Princess Juliana : 25 minutes.. Depending on the traffic, of course…. To take advantage of the island and the beaches, a car if strongly recommended. Let us know and we can help you.
