A stunning, spacious apartment which is just a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful beach and scenic promenade of Rafailovici. Restaurants along the beachfront boast fresh fish and seafood caught every day which guests can peruse before dinner. A unique, charming and scenic stay awaits you in our beautiful home by the sea. The 63 square metre interior of the flat has been thoughtfully designed to a modern high-spec, high-standard finish with your comfort and convenience in mind. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa which easily fold out to a bed and features a flat-screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and can seat 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils. The apartment has one bedroom, the master features a large comfortable double bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is modern and spacious, featuring a shower and complimentary clean towels. You can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the charming terrace which offers peace and quiet from the busy beachfront. The flat also comes with air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi access.
The location of this apartment is ideal for exploring the beautiful area, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. If you’re feeling adventurous you can also walk 45 minutes to Budva or take a 10 minute taxi, whatever you prefer. Budva is world-renowned for its nightlife and hosts music and cultural festivals of international acclaim every summer.
