Leisure Center Turbas is a spacious recreation complex with a number of facilities, including a 17 metres waterslide, a choice of saunas as well as a private beach and an island on Mazā Jugla river. It offers rooms in wooden holiday houses. Every room and house in Turbas features free Wi-Fi and are decorated in light colours. They all feature a bathroom with a shower and towels. The “great oak of Turbas” – 800 year old Oak, the second biggest in Latvia, is located in the territory. There is a pavilion for 400 people featuring a drink and snack bar, an artificial climbing wall and a waterfall, a big playground, a forest obstacle course, football, basketball and boules fields. It is 5 km to the city of Ogre. Riga is 40 km away.
