Deep in the outskirts of Amboseli, 8 km from Kimana town, there’s no doubt that Amboseli Camping enjoys one of the best campsite locations in Amboseli to view the magnificent Mt Kilimanjaro, the campsite is a wonderfully laid-back affair set within a fenced property of unspoilt African wilderness overlooking Mt Kilimanjaro.

Despite being just a few minutes’ drive from local attractions, this is a real countryside site with excellent views and a peaceful, ‘wild’ ambiance excellent for families, couples & close friends.
The ranch is walkable too but we recommend taking a guide so you don't get lost. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of rivers, wetlands with springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.
