Chris House is a wonderful private villa of 380 m2, located just 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Watamu. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, everything a guest could wish for. You will enjoy large outdoor spaces, relaxation areas, verandas and a massage area. Chris House is the ideal choice for those seeking privacy and flexibility away from home. The accommodation is equipped with a generator set to provide comfort even in the event of a blackout. The carefully furnished room is equipped with air conditioning (on request and for a fee), blade fan, private bathroom, double bed, wardrobe and the possibility of additional beds in some rooms (on request and for a fee). The structure is equipped with a modern photovoltaic system, which powers most of its activities, reducing the environmental impact and guaranteeing an eco-friendly stay. Guests of Chris House will have access to all spaces on the property, excluding the kitchen. This service has a fixed daily cost of KES 1500 per room, to be paid directly at the property. Upon request, the home chef will prepare meals using the ingredients provided by the guests, or you can ask the chef to purchase food for you. Guests cannot cook on their own. Chris House offers its guests highly qualified staff, cleaning staff, security and wi-fi. The Villa is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by other private villas, just 300 meters from the beaches of Ocean Breeze, Fortamu and Papa Remo which can be explored on foot. The villa is located approximately 2 km. from Watamu village. Guests can decide to reach the city by tuc-tuc or bajaji (they are the most practical means of transport around), or take a nice walk, while Malindi is about 20km away. Staff can take care of calling a taxi or tuk tuk to rent.
