If you would like to leave your luggage at our hostel before the check-in time (4 pm), please contact us your expected arrival time one day before your stay.
If you leave your luggage before check-in without a preliminary, you will have to pay an extra fare (400 yen).
Guests arriving after check-in hours (9PM) must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
The hostel has a curfew at 0AM.
The shower can be used until 11PM.
Please note that guests using public transport are advised to get off at Otaru Station, not Minami-Otaru Station. The way from Otaru Station has better road conditions, there are no slopes, and guests will be passing through an arcade, which provides shelter from the snow.
This hostel has a dog and a cat.
The entire hostel is non-smoking.
