The apartment is located on the first floor in the brand new Wave Island residence, which resembles a Caribbean island with swimming pool and white sand. It is located a in a quiet area close to Piazza Milano and Piazza Torino. The property has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a in the living room a double sofa bed is available to use. It seems like a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday! The apartment offers great comfort: television, dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment block has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers. The beach is about 650 mt away. Family friendly residence. Parties/events are not allowed. BED LINEN AND TOWELS: EUR 70,00 per stay, on request with at least 48 hours notice. COMMUNAL POOL: Free of charge from 15/05 until 15/09. Opening hours: 08.30-13.00; 3.30pm-8pm.
