La lussuosa villa Carmiano appena ultimata con piscina e centro benessere con spa si trova ad Avola in contrada Risicone dove si può godere di un meraviglioso paesaggio bucolico vista mare e ampi spazi verdi racchiusi da un muretto a secco in tipica pietra siciliana realizzato interamente fatto a mano. La struttura nelle vesti della posizione è l'ideale per una vacanza rilassante tra sole, mare e benessere dove sarete coccolati con un ottimo servizio, infatti vi verrà fornito un kit di cortesia e una tipica colazione siciliana dolce e salata. Villa Carmiano dispone di un ampio parcheggio privato ed in particolare è dotata di una piscina con vista sul mare e sulla città di Avola stupefacente ed ha una dimensione di 5x12 con solarium, lettini ed ombrelloni, centro benessere con vasca idromassaggio riscaldata 3x3, percorso emozionale doccia e sauna finlandese che ti permettono di vivere un momento unico e ti permettono di coccolarti da solo o insieme al tuo partner. Villa Carmela per fornirvi un servizio eccellente effettua la pulizia giornaliera delle camere e il cambio di asciugamani, kit bagno. La struttura è completamente nuova ed è composta da quattro camere climatizzate, due junior suite che possono ospitare 2 persone per camera vista la presenza di un letto matrimoniale King Size con bagno in camera finemente arredate con mobili di pregio in tipico stile siciliano e ampia doccia cubicolo, per quanto riguarda l'arredamento è di ottima fattura (Scavolini) e due suite superior deluxe al piano superiore arredate allo stesso modo ma con la possibilità di ospitare 4 persone perché dotata di un letto matrimoniale king size di buona fattura e due letti singoli molto comodi con apertura a libro che possono ospitare bambini fino a 12 anni. E' inoltre presente uno spazio esterno con vista monti e mare, finemente ed elegantemente ben arredato, dove i clienti possono godere di un'ampia zona relax con tavoli e sedie e un dondolo in legno pregiato.
AD AVOLA E DINTORNI; Il comune di Avola è una cittadina balneare ben organizzata e abbastanza pulita che ha avuto negli ultimi anni un forte sviluppo economico e turistico, ma fortunatamente non c'è ancora un turismo "di massa", Avola ha circa 20 km di costa e circa 14 km di spiagge molto belle ed ampie soprattutto ben tenute e le sue acque sono caratterizzate da fondali bassi molto adatti ai bambini, inoltre Avola è famosa per il vino Nero d'Avola e il mandorlo e per la sua riserva naturale della cavagrande del Cassibile. All'interno della riserva si trovano i laghetti di Cavagrande del Cassibile detti anche Laghetti di Avola, ovvero grandi canyon naturali immersi nella natura considerati dalla CNN come uno dei venti posti dove fare il bagno al mondo. Sono un'attrazione turistica internazionale e come non ricordare l'incontaminata e bucolica spiaggia della Pineta del Gelsomineto. Ancorchè si trova a 8 km da Noto, capitale del barocco italiano e patrimonio Unesco, famosa anche per l'infiorata che si tiene a maggio e la riserva naturale di Vendicari dove si trova la spiaggia di Calamosche, considerata da The Guardian come una delle 5 più belle d'Italia il mondo. Come dimenticare anche Siracusa, la seconda città dell'Impero Romano e il suo parco archeologico dove si trova il Teatro Greco e l'Orecchio di Dioniso e la stupefacente isola di Ortigia con la sua fontana d'Ercole ei suoi vicoli. Inoltre la città di Avola dista circa 1 ora di macchina dall'aeroporto di Catania Fontanarossa e dalla città. Ci sono anche altre città facilmente raggiungibili come Modica la città del barocco e del cioccolato, Scicli e Donnalucata le città del Commissario Montalbano e Ragusa e non ultimo il tipico borgo siciliano per eccellenza che è Marzamemi
