Villa a few steps from the center and the train station. Relax on the sofa by spreading your legs while your partner can cook with you in the fully equipped kitchen. For young and old on rainy days there is nothing more pleasant than spending time watching Netflix or challenging everyone together with board games. On fine days why not enjoy a delicious barbecue with friends in the peaceful garden. On the ground floor, a splendid open space with terracotta flooring, lake and mountain views, a bright service bathroom and private access to the garden. Going up the stairs we find 2 comfortable rooms with 5 total seats, attic with exposed wooden beams and parquet and a large bathroom with shower naturally lit by a large roof window (Velux) Air conditioning on both floors to keep you warm on cold days and cool during the sultry periods. Private parking attached to the property and electric vehicle charging station with type 2 plug up to 3.6 kw.
We are a young Italian-Brazilian couple who have lived in this beautiful country since childhood, we love traveling and always keeping up to date. Now we want to give you the opportunity to visit our place of origin while we immerse ourselves in our adventures.
