It is a simple room. A bedroom with en suite, frigo, window with nice view. No kitchen. In the central part of the villa, other 2 rooms are available for the same group or family, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed. To use kitchen is not available for short stay 1-2 days. In a beautiful private resort called "Rosa Marina", with 24h security. If you are interest to rent the entire villa (max 8 pax) contact me for a special offer, long period. 100 mt from the private beach. Supermarket, bar, restaurants, etc are available at 2 minutes walking during the summer -june-july-august. Playground for children and mini club. Tennis court, football court, basket, free bike sharing during the summer. From the end of june until first days of september.

First line on the beach, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room (lounge diner), little patio with possibility to eat open air. Air conditioning, washing-machine. 100 mt from the private beach. In the resort is all included. Specific staff for children, games, sports, private beach, tennis courts, football, volley, basket, entertainments day and night. You can also use for free a special little private train to go to the other private resort beaches. All services are at walking distance from the house -2 minutes- like: super market, shops, bar, pizzerie, restaurants, ecc. From june until september supermarket, bar, restaurants, mini-club, playground area and groups, etc are available inside in the resort and you don't need to have a car. All the other period, car is necessary and also to make some excursions in the fantastic area of Valle d'Itria, Cisternino, Fasano, Martina Franca, Lecce, Salento, ecc. MIDDLE JULY AND AUGUST ASK FOR AVAILABILITY AND QUOTATION. MINIMUM STAY IS 2 WEEKS.
