The apartment consists of n. 2 rooms with private bathroom and a common area where the kitchen is located complete with 4 burner induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, table with 4 chairs and a balcony with outdoor table beyond to a smoking area. Inside the apartment, there is also room n.1, an independent single room consisting of a kitchen complete with oven, fridge, freezer, 4 burner induction hob, en-suite bathroom with washing machine area and double balcony with outdoor table exclusive. All rooms are very bright, with windows, equipped with electronic shutters and served by the latest generation hot/cold split. The Quarzo apartment. Modern Rooms has been carefully restored to offer its guests maximum comfort. All the details have been designed to benefit your stay at our facility in every way. We are located in the Stampace district, one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city. You will be able to walk through the main shopping streets, in the midst of Cagliari's nightlife, choose between restaurants, parks, museums or enjoy the port just a stone's throw from your room
