Residence Nautilus is on the beach, 20 meters from the sand. The apartment was totally renovated in may 2023 to ensure a perfect stay.
It's fun to get to know and meet people who are on vacation, they are in their prime!
The Nautilus residence is on the beach and allow my guests to practice all the sea/beach related activities in just few steps. Surraunding area is full of all the services and attractions you could love from restaurants to shopping and theme parks. Venice and his laugune is 15 min by car and 30 min by boat from my property. Please consider that nearby shops and services may be closed in low season. Are you looking for a different solution? take a look at my other apartment Garuda20 in Cavallino-Treporti, beautiful residence on the beach and same apartment quality.
