Romantic stone cottage with private garden , barbecue , old watering hole and stream nearby. Exceptional view of the lake Como . Very quiet and safe, few people around. Bed linen and towels cleaning at the laundry with ozone treatment, 24 hours between reservations for a better cleaning. Casa Alice is a two floors stone made cottage, recently renovated, with a fresh garden overlooking a stream that runs down d Lake Como. From both the house and the garden there is a beautiful view over Lake Como. On the ground floor there is the bathroom and the living area composed by kitchen (new kitchen 2020) and living room connected by a charming wooden frame. The living room has satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, coffeemaker and refrigerator. On the basement there is a storage room for bicycles and sports equipment. The house has a garden overlooking the lake with barbecue, deck chairs, table and sun umbrella.
Hi, I am Paolo and i live in Gravedona since ever with Laura and our 2 children. I love mountain, travel with my family, give to my guests what i look in a holiday: warm welcome, authenticity, good suggestions! We are happy to have you here in our lake Como view stone cottage!
