This lovely residence is immersed in a park surrounded by a thick pine forest, beyond which is the beach of Foxi e Sali, only 250 metres away. In a quiet and reserved location, the residence has a salt-water swimming pool with a large solarium area and a bar with a large relaxation area. Surrounded by greenery, the flats are arranged in a semicircle around the pool and can be either on the ground floor with patio or on the 1st floor with balcony, both equipped with table and chairs. All flats have a view of the park. APARTMENT SERVICES: TV, hairdryer, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning (1 split in Mono, 2 in Bilo, 3 in Trilo), 1 sun umbrella per flat, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi (patio/balcony only). STRUCTURE SERVICES: Reception 08:00 - 20:00, swimming pool with children's area, Wi-Fi, children's play area, parking, bar, washing machine and dryer, barbecue area INCLUDED: energy consumption (electricity, water, gas), 1 supply of bed linen and towels (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest before check-out), swimming pool, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer and communal barbecue.
