Property information

My structure was completely renovated in 2019, furnished and finished with extreme attention so as to make our guests' stay pleasant. Each room equipped with every comfort: private bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen TV and free Wi Fi, is furnished in an elegant and modern way. Particular attention is paid to the health and comfort of the guests, all the walls of the structure have been painted with sustainable products of natural origin, moreover a particular ventilation system guarantees a continuous exchange of air in the structure. The passion for welcome and hospitality led me to create a structure designed to make guests feel special. The structure is located in a pedestrian area in the historic center of the city, it is extremely close to both the railway station and the departure point for the boats, and the shopping streets. Each soundproofed room ensures guests a peaceful and relaxing stay.
