Hello, I'm Daniela, a former pharmacist who, after 20 years of work in close contact with the public, decided to welcome people differently by opening the doors of her old house in this charming village. I have always had a strong bond with these places, so, together with my family, I renovated this house to be able to offer other people an authentic experience in this timeless island. Unspoiled nature, relaxation and good food await you in Carloforte.

Property information

A short walk from the centre, Dimora Ferralasco overlooks the sea and it is ready to welcome you between the walls of an antique country-side home, renovated in 2020 respecting its ancient charm thanks to the recovery of the original materials. You will find a charming environment able to offer the comfort of a fivebedroom home and of fascinating outdoor areas. The house, realised in local stone in the first half of the 19th century, looks like a typical countryside house of that period. It is a single-storey house, except for the belvedere turret placed on the first floor. A nice terrace with a view on the seaside and a wide garden characterised by secular Pittosporum and Myrtle hedges conclude the house. A 6x4m pool and a solarium are just being realised. The house has its own wi-fi, autonomous air-conditioning, relax spaces, a barbecue and external shower. Domestic water is heated using renewable energy sources. Every room is soundproof, and that guarantees the maximal privacy possible to the guests. Hot and cold buffet breakfast is given, and a tea/coffee machine is available 24/7. The house has five elegant master bedrooms (double on request), with private bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Dimora Ferralasco will give you the opportunity to reach the village with a short walk where you can admire the colorful "caruggi", listen to serenade "Tabarchine" or sit at a table of the many bars and restaurants that you will meet. During the season from April to October there are many events that follow each other, among which the "Girotonno", international food and wine festival and the Music Festival for the Cinema "Creuza de Mà".
