“Very nice area with lots of local restaurants and shops. Close to buses and Metro and only a short ride in to Rome center. Nice apartment and even being 12 adults and two kids it didn´t get crowded. Thank god there was AC in all the bedrooms...”

The property is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a stylish building dating back to the Seventies. From the balcony you can admire the magnificent St Peter's Dome. It offers 4 spacious, very bright, comfortable and extremely finely furnished rooms; 3 bathrooms; one big dining room with a big table for twelve people and one kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 12 people. The bedrooms: 4 spacious double bedrooms (2 of them can easily become triple or quadruple bedrooms). Each room has all comforts such as air conditioning, LCD TV, free WiFi, wood floors. Each bathroom has the hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking and eating: dishes, pots, oven, toaster, mixer, hot drinks machine for the breakfast, dishwasher and washing machine.

I am 35 and I started this work 15 years ago when my parents, my three sisters and I have opened several bed and breakfasts in Rome. After I graduated I decided to open these properties alone. This is the second apartment opened by myself. I lived for two years in London working for a lawyer and I know english very well. Having worked for years in the tourism industry I definitely know how to work with foreigners and I fully understand all their needs.

The property is located in the heart of Rome and in a strategic position. It is ideal for all those who want to be close to the Vatican City, the Pope, the subway and to the most important city sites. The subway stop Cipro/Musei Vaticani and the many bus lines provide easy access to the city center and the main historical and artistic area. The district offers many facilities and amenities for the day and for the night. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, car rental centers and cinema.
