A cosy Guesthouse with a large deck in the heart of the village. The guesthouse has a large shared kitchen which guests are welcome to use. There is a sitting room. The sitting room contains a lounge suite for 6 as well as a lazy boy chair. Facilities include Apple TV with netflix.
Distances are short to all services and facilities in Grundarfjörður. The Information Centre is next door , which also houses a coffee shop and bar. All main facilities such as the supermarket, pharmacy, alcohol store, post office, ATM, bank, health clinic, bus stop and gas station are all within 200m of the house. In front of the house there is a small Viking „village“ which the local Viking Association has created. It is fun to check it out and sit around a while. 100m from the shopping area
