The Neem is a small boutique Homestay . We are centrally located in the heart of Delhi minutes away to popular markets, good hospitals, fine dining, restaurants and bars, historical monuments snd beautiful gardens. Our rooms are beautifully decorated and offer a quiet and peaceful ambience. Our USP is our personalised service and open spaces that allow you to relax and work if you so like from “home”. We offer hygienic home cooked meals at an extra cost . Our staff is live in so there is absolutely minimal exposure to the outside. Groceries come to the door and we are strictly following all Precautionary guidelines and protocol.

I am a hotelier with years of experience working with one of India’s top hotel chain The ITC Hotels for over thirty years. The Neem is a property my brother and I inherited from our parents. My passion for hoteliering encouraged me to run a small Homestay here rather than doing the “usual” rent routine . I am an avid artist , though self made , a bridge player but above everything else I enjoy interacting with people.

The Neem is situated in Greater Kailash Part 1, a posh upmarket residential area of south Delhi. It is a safe neighbourhood , central and with easy access to markets, hospitals, restaurants, bars, monuments, metro stations eyt making commuting hassle free snd easy
