Located in the prime location of Arpora, North Goa, this property is covered with serene surroundings and is away from the hustle-bustle of the cities. It is located in a tranquil place yet it is full of life. It is close to all major and famous beaches like Baga, Calangute, Candolim, Anjuna and Vagator. It is also very close to night clubs like Club Cubana, Titos, Mambos etc. Saturday Night market is approx 500 mtrs away from our property. It has all the facilities that one could think of when at home. It has two master bedrooms with washrooms attached to each bedroom, two king sized beds and closets in each room, two balconies...one big and one small, a living cum dining area, sofa, dining table for four, a coffee table, power backup, satellite TV, high speed broadband connection to meet your internet needs and a washing machine. The kitchen is semi furnished with fridge, microwave, chimney, induction cooktop and basic utensils for light cooking (tea, coffee, Maggi, omelette, khichdi, poha etc. Extensive cooking is not allowed). Cooking of sea food is STRICTLY PROHIBTED. All guests are required to carry valid govt. issued ID proofs like Aadhar card, Pan card, passport, driving licence A security deposit of Rs. 3000/- will be charged and refunded back at the time of check-out after assessing loss/damage (if any) Bed and bath linens will be changed on alternate days. Damage caused to the property will be charged on actual basis after determining the quantum of damage Towels and bedsheets stained/torn will be charged on actual basis We provide free house keeping on daily basis between 10am-3pm. But if the place is messed up, a cleaning fee of Rs 200/day will be charged Consumption of drugs on premises is a cognizable offence and is punishable under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act Prostitution is also a severe offence. Guests caught indulging in such acts will face stringent punishments and will be asked to vacate the premises immediately

The neighbourhood is tranquil yet very happening. There are two grocery shops very close to the property and a Super market, Las Vegas, at 5 mins drive from where you can replenish your basic requirements. Car/bike on rent is also available in the neighbourhood. There is a restaurant at 7-8 mins walking distance. Saturday night market and night clubs are also close by.
