Woodland is ideal for traveling Connemara where you can visit Kylemore abbey , Clifden Sky road There is also a ferry to the Aran island you can travel to cong there is also a boat trip each day Horse Riding Galway city is within 25 minute drive where there are some lovely shops Galway Cathedral and lots of nice walks around the area
