A little haven located in the sunny south east between the Comeragh Mountains & the Atlantic Sea. Ideal for nature lovers, active guests and families who are looking to explore the area and have somewhere quiet and comfortable to return to after a busy day.

Neighbourhood description This property is located down a quiet cul-del-sac just off the N25 main Waterford to Cork road and 500m from Lemybrien village centre. Cycle/Walking • The Waterford Greenway is 4km (Durrow) away and runs from Waterford City to Dungarvan, a distance of 45km. • 5 min drive to the Comeragh Mountains • 10 min drive to Coumshingaun Lake/Mahon Falls Beaches • 10 min drive to Clonea Beach/Stradbally Cove • 25 min drive to Tramore Beach Other • There is a supermarket, shop, public house and petrol station in Lemybrien village. • Beautiful children’s playground 250m from cottage • 5 mins walk to bus services to Dungarvan, Cork & Waterford • 10 mins to golf courses. • 10 min drive to Dungarvan. Other things to note • Dungarvan Farmers Market every Thursday 9am -2pm • Tramore Amusements funfair 30 minutes’ drive along the scenic Copper Coast Road
