Set in the heart of the Boyne Valley this self contained studio apartment is ideal for either the peaceful country escape or a fun filled adventure discovering East coast of Ireland and all it has to offer. We are set on a quiet country road. A car is essential for a stay at our home. We are close by to Tankardstownn House, The Millhouse and Slane and an ideal place to stay if attending a wedding locally. The accommodation consists of a living/kitchen area, bathroom and large bedroom with king size bed. The apartment is self contained and your own private space during your stay. The living area has satellite TV (Sky Free View Only ), Netflix and a DVD and we provide a selection of movies and box sets if you wish to have a quite night in. Tea, coffee and everything you require to prepare a light meal is provided together with a continental breakfast at no extra charge. We are able to facilitate transport to and from all local wedding venues, Tankardstown House, The Millhouse, Slane Castle, all Navan hotels and the Cunningham Arms Hotel In Slane. The apartment is attached to our main home but is totally self contained. You will have free use of the garden and patio areas
We are a married couple with a grown up family. We love to travel and enjoy meeting people from all over the world.
We are located just 40 minutes from Dublin/Airport, 5 min from Slane, 10 min from Navan, 20 minutes from Kells, Drogheda & Trim. All towns steeped with historical values. Public transport is limited and a car is really essential. Newgrange Heritage Site. Slane Castle, Trim Castle and the Hill of Tara are a short drive away.
