All guests must have a valid Passport (Non-EU citizens) or ID/Driver's License (EU citizens) to complete the check-in procedure. Guests also need to show a debit/credit card under their name upon arrival.

Groups considerations: For groups of 4 guests or more, a security deposit of €30 per person in one card transaction only is required. For groups between 4 and 11 guests, the deposit is payable upon arrival, for groups of 12 guests or more, the deposit needs to be paid by card, and a payment link will be sent to your email address 2 months before
The check-in date, failing on the deposit payment may cause the cancellation of your reservation.
The deposit will be held until the check-out date; it will be non-refundable in case of a cancellation or a modification that reduces the original group size more than 50% within 1 month before the check-in date.
The deposit is refundable upon check-out if the hostel rules were followed and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
