Located minutes away from Dublin's buzzing city centre, this modern 3 bedroom apartment and private ensuite are furnished to a high spec with comfy beds, and plenty of storage space – helping you feel at home from the moment you arrive. You get your own private bathroom will all the ensuites but the kitchen and the common area are shared with the other guests. Whilst for the 3 bedroom apartment, you'll have the entire access to the apartment with your private kitchen and living room. This property is ideal for either business travellers or professionals looking for a relaxed stay. Please note: Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. For check-ins after 10pm, there will be a charge of 25 euros. For check-ins after midnight there will be a charge of 50 euros. **All images, floor plans and particulars included herein are for illustrative and indicative purposes only, allocated units may differ slightly in details according to their positioning in the building. During term time our properties are used to house students although are available for short stays over the summer period.**
