The beach is on the Ground Floor. Our two Apartment Units are located on the First Floor. We can use the stairs walking up to the First Floor. Our two apartment units have been renovated with classic wood furniture modernised with new sofas and flat screen tv’s. We even installed brand new air conditioners for your convenience in each bedroom. The two apartment units have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen area, a dining table for 8, with a terrace facing right in front of the beach, which is just a few yards/meters away. We have provided lounge beach chairs and beach mats for you to relax at sunrise and sunset on the terrace, or you can bring the beach chairs on the sand in front of the condominiums. The marina bay provides Water sports such as snorkeling, banana boats, diving etc.. At the end of the block on the left side, a brand new swimming pool with cafes have been opened. We accept Pets in our property.
We are the first owners of the property. We have a local guide name Pak Ary in Carita that can help you enjoy your stay, and we have Pak Kutub who is the contact person in Jakarta.
Noah’s Condominium Carita is within the Lippo Condominium complex at Carita at the North side (Carita Utara). Noah's Condominium is on the beach, a few yards/meters are water sports activities available all year long. Local food cuisine such as barbecue fish, steaks, chicken etc are open till late evening. Coconuts are fresh and picked off from the trees itself. Across the street from us is the Hotel Wira Carita. A kilometer away from us are Lippo Carita Selatan (South Carita building complex).
