Dalmatian stone house with heated pool, Villa Lucija is surrounded by an old olive grove and pine forest and is halfway between Split and Dubrovnik. It is next to Gradac (Makarska Riviera), Baćina lakes and delta of the Neretva River, the most significant delta in Croatia. There are many nearby historical and cultural sights, such as Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Ston, Međugorje, Korčula, and Pelješac. The house is situated on private property, including free WiFi, Netflix and parking area. It is a place that offers true peace and rest.
Numerous places with historical and cultural sights are nearby, such as Dubrovnik's water area, Cavtat, Ston's walls, the island of Korčula, and Pelješac, known for its best vineyards and wines. The best way to enjoy Baćina lakes is to ride on our authentic Delta Neretva boats, called "lađa." Bacina Lakes have a 10km bicycle macadam track around them. It is excellent to take a walk, but even better for what it is meant for. It is suited for both casual and extreme driving. You can try paddle surfing, which has become quite popular in the last few years and offers a new way to explore this natural area. Kitesurfing, sandy beaches, and mandarin plantations are located in the Neretva Delta. Some beginners will take their first steps in extreme sports, and experienced kiters who have traveled halfway around the world from Brazil to Egypt have returned to the Neretva Estuary because it is the most beautiful.
