Property information

The newly built villa with a beautiful large pool is located 500m from the city center and 400m from nearest beach. The house consist of 15 apartments all together. Swimming pool is shared with all guests of the house. Some of the apartments offers terraces with beautiful sea view and the whole bay. Each unit has air condition, free WiFi, smart TV and free use of pool.

Neighbourhood information

Apartments are located only 500m away from the city centre where guests can find bars, grocery stores and restaurants which serve local food. The guests can relax at one of the nearby beaches, the nearest one being only 400m away or take a walk alongside beautiful promenade and enjoy the unique sunset and scenery. There are a couple of options to get around the city. The nearest bus stop is only 5m away from the apartments or you can use a taxi service. There is also the possibility to rent a car, scooter or bicycle if it suits you more.
