Property information

De Spot Guest House is located at the entrance to the Old Town in Dubrovnik at Pile Gate. The guest house consists of 3 private rooms with private ensuite bathrooms and is a fresh and comfortable base for you to explore everything that Dubrovnik has to offer. Walk the wall, explore the old town, swim in a secluded beach or take a day trip to the nearby sights from this centrally located base. The rooms consist of a queen bed, flatscreen TV, open wardrobe with hanging space and a private ensuite bathroom. All rooms have double glazed windows, privacy shutters, shears and air-conditioning. There is a shared terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun, as well as a shared mini kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster for preparing a light breakfast. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and is slightly larger. Apartments 2 and 3 are up 2 flights of stairs and slightly smaller.

Neighbourhood information

Pile is a laid-back coastal area fringed by rocky Danče beach, popular with water-polo players. Fort Lovrijenac, a cliff-top medieval fortress used as a film location in “Game of Thrones,” hosts summer Shakespeare performances, and the 16th-century Pile Gate leads to the Old Town. Locals and adventurous visitors dine on Croatian seafood dishes in easygoing restaurants and sip rakija fruit brandy in casual bars.
