Casita Azul, an island style beach house nestled in gorgeous greenery, located directly on the beach, ocean front. Casita Azul sleeps 2 in a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and apartment size kitchen. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric skillet and a toaster oven. Outside on the front deck with a ocean view is a 2 burner gas stove top. A charcoal grill and a gas grill are available for your use. Step out your front door directly onto the beach where colorful hammocks and lounge chairs are waiting your arrival. This beach house is situated on the property of Blue Island Divers, where diving and snorkeling are only footsteps away. Ask us about our all inclusive package, which includes your stay, diving, meals and a few other fun things! The dive shop has a large common area with a bar where you can purchase drinks and ice-cream. Bathrooms and outdoor showers can also be found on the shop property. Enjoy your evenings with a stroll along the beach and watch the amazing Roatan Sunsets from our private pier and palapa. Also on property is The Salty Mango Bar & Grill. For added safety a night watchmen is on property from 6:00pm until 6:30am.
We are pleased to have you consider staying with us! We love Roatan and all it offers. We love to share our facility with you. I, Eric, am a certified Advanced Open Water Instructor and Carly is an active Divemaster. There is so much to see and do in Roatan and the island has many activities. Scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing by rod or Lionfish hunting, beach lounging, kayaking, or hanging in the hammock or getting a dockside massage are all possible with our location. On site, we have an incredible team assembled at Blue Island Divers to treat you to all your needs. Other activities include visiting the local communities through mission work, touring the mangroves, hugging the sloths at the sloth farm, seeing hundreds of iguanas at the iguana farm, or dancing with the Garifuna at the dance. Let us show you the island we love and how best to take advantage of it! We especially love special events! If it is a lifetime milestone; we want to celebrate with you. Come on and enjoy.
The neighborhood of Sandy Bay is located between Coxen Hole and West End. Our area is quiet and secluded but yet minutes from the tourist areas, restaurants and the nightlife of West End. Ten minutes from Coxen Hole and 12 minutes to West End and 25 minutes to West Bay, Blue Island Divers is in the perfect location!
