Company information

Long-Lasting experience in the hospitality industry. Owner of traditional houses (Old Oia Houses)/ restaurant owner (Lotza-established in 1982). We live and work in the village and so are available for guests should they need us.

Property information

This large open-plan studio with high ceilings is half of a small Venetian era property. Centrally located in the heart of Oia but protected by an interior courtyard. It has wooden floors and a large wooden bed. Perfect views of the caldera.

Neighbourhood information

Oia is a magical village it offers peace and beautiful vistas and views. It has a whole range of experiences from wonderful cuisine to taking the mountain path from Oia to Thira. There are some must do's like relaxing and watching the famous cycladic light from your balcony, diving into the depths of the caldera and sampling as many Santorini wines and delicacies as possible from Amoudi Bay. Public buses are good and regular. We work with a local car rental company. We can also arrange a transfer from the port or airport.
