The Pearl Clugny is an independent bungalow equipped with a master bedroom and a mezzanine located near the most beautiful beaches of the Basse-Terre (Clugny, the Pearl, Grande Anse ...) Our cottage welcomes you for a stay in couple or family (up to 2 children). Not recommended for 4 adults. You benefit from a kitchen, a barbecue, a shaded terrace, air conditioning and a complete equipment for a pleasant stay. A family pool enhances your holiday. A master bedroom of 25 m2 with bedding of 160 for a couple, also equipped with a sofa bed for one or two children. A single sleeping loft under crawling for a child over 5 years. Possibility of loan of a cot and a high chair for a toddler. The master bedroom is equipped with a 55 'TV with 125 channels including Canal +. A DVD player is also available as well as a selection of family DVDs on loan. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Full kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
The cottage Pearl Cluny is located in a small residential subdivision midway between the beach of Clugny and the beach of Anse des Iles (about 500 m). We are located at the end of Sainte-Rose just on the border with the commune of Deshaies. A small shopping center is less than 2 km away. You'll find a supermarket (Super U), a scoop, a laundromat, a traditional restaurant and a takeaway pizza vendor. There is also a general practitioner, a dentist and a pharmacy. The private entrance of the cottage is separated from our personal entrance. Indoor parking is possible but a place is available in the street that is deadlocked. You will not have any opposite, the residence is calm and not very busy. The neighborhood is discreet. Access to the swimming pool is possible from 09:00 to 20:00. The fenced pool is equipped with a safety gate. Children have access to the pool under the supervision of their parents.
