Perfect location, for Ocean Village restaurants and My Wine bars, Queensway marina, Casemates Square, main street, Irish Town and the main bus station. With seasonal pool with loungers, lifts (main and service). Airconditioned apartment with living room, kitchen and two bathrooms including 2 spacious bedrooms; 1) queen-sized bed with ensuite 2) two comfortable singles which can join to make a double Plus one large sofa bed (in living room- appt will sleep 6). Full kitchen, washing machine, tv, wifi, dining table, two bathrooms (main rm has ensuite). Swimming Pool on 1st floor roof open in summer months, until end Oct. Older building, spacious apartment, with a great location and amenities!

Neighbourhood information

Walk left to MyWines restaurants which are very popular on Fri nites, Ocean Village Marina with bars and tours is 5min on foot, Irish town is a min walk, Eroski and Morrison's a stones throw, ditto Casemates square, and Market Place Bus Stn. Easily walk up main street to the Garrison Library, Art Gallery & Museum and on to the botanical gardens and take cable car to the top of the rock. Commonwealth park is very near too and Queensway Marina easily walked to. No steep hills!
