This summer, escape to our self-contained chalet in the idyllic Scottish countryside - peaceful yet perfectly placed for Edinburgh’s top attractions. ⛰️🌳👣🏰 A serene retreat after a day of sightseeing or hiking the Pentland Hills, our chalet backs directly onto 24,000 acres of open parkland, yet just 20 minutes by car (or 30 by bus) from the city centre. As your host, I offer expert local tips on outdoor adventures and hidden gems to make your stay truly unique. 👶 Family & 🐕 Dog friendly.
My wife and I are both doctors, living in Edinburgh. We both enjoy the great outdoors: hill running, cycling, and encouraging our children to spend as much time as possible free playing outside. We have been hosting for over 7 years, and really enjoy getting to know our guests and sharing our local knowledge to enhance their stay.
