The perfect spot for a rural retreat, The Gig House is less than a minute’s stroll over to the Energise Pentney, our exclusive member’s health club. As our guest, your complimentary access card to the facilities will be waiting in your cottage for you, along with a spa robe to wrap up in. You have access to all of the facilities, including the outdoor heated vitality pool, the spa, including herbal saunas and steam rooms, the gym and the indoor swimming pool. You’ll also receive 10% off any spa treatments booked during your stay, including luxurious facials, relaxing massages and perfectly polished manicures. We took over Nar Valley Cottages in November, 2018, having ditched life in London for a new adventure, and to raise a family here in Norfolk. (We didn’t quite anticipate our son being born on the day we moved in though..!). We’ve loved renovating the cottages, which had been running for around 20 years, but were in desperate need of an update. It’s wonderful to welcome back guests from before we took over, and hearing about their happy memories here, as they make new ones. We’ve injected life back in to the cottages in our own relaxed, farmhouse style, and enjoy welcoming guests here, old and new, to make lots of happy memories. We love providing a space for everyone to enjoy quality time together, and enjoy recommending West Norfolk’s amazing attractions and features.
