Our apartments are quite possibly situated in the best part of London! We have so many repeat guests that love to walk around the City, wake up and go and see the Tower of London each day while taking in Tower Bridge and also The River Thames. Sit and relax and look at the super yachts in St. Katharines Dock or take something more demanding like the TATE Modern. Kids will love the HMS Belfast and the multiple free events just across the river at More London are hard to beat. Enjoy shopping then you have London's oldest markets with Borough Market and Petticoat Lane not forgetting Stratford Shopping Centre with all top brand fashions. If you are here to simply work, then why not have your office on your doorstep as we are in Zone 1 where apartments are hard to come by! Dining can suit all types of budgets, thats why its best to stay in the City and not the suburbs!

Please note that the Studio, One-bedroom apartment and Superior apartment will have a sofa bed set up when there are 3 or 4 people selected. The sofa bed can be set up for stays of 2 people at a charge of £25 per night. Please contact the property using the details on the booking confirmation if you would like the sofa bed made.

Guests must send a copy of their photo ID to the property 30 days prior to arrival.

Marlyn Lodge has a self-check-in and check-out system. Please provide the cardholder's address at the time of booking in the Special Requests box.

Please note, smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 75 fee for cleaning.

Service charge includes the following on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays): Towels, toiletries, washing up, bed making and tidying. Please note that the apartments are fully cleaned after check-out unless stay are longer than 7 nights. There is no cleaning during your stay unless requested.

Please note there will be a GBP 15 charge for loss of keys.

Please note there will be an extra cleaning charge of GBP 200 for excessive mess and/or rubbish left in the apartment after check-out, and if there are any stains in the property or any damage to the property.
