We're recipients of the Booking. com Traveller Review Award, 2025, 2024 & 2023 for providing exceptional accommodation and customer service. We've been renting holiday accommodation in Spain, and in Scotland, for over 20 years. The accommodation is graded Gold as per Haven's new holiday home accommodation guide. It's a spacious, fully equipped, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residential specification holiday home located within the sought after Golf Village at Seton Sands. It sleeps 5 people. Sorry, no pets. ​​The accommodation offers: a generous lounge area with 4k TV, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine & integrated fridge and freezer), comfortable dining area, large main bedroom with king size bed and en suite with shower, twin bedroom (that can be converted into a double bed), family bathroom with bath and shower, free private wi-fi, several fitted USB charging ports, central heating throughout, double glazed, wraparound decking and private parking bay right next to the caravan. A travel cot is provided for babies up to 15kg. The brand is Cuggl - guests are welcome to bring their own travel cot. Towels and bedding are provided as standard.
We've been renting our holiday home, at Seton Sands, since 2022. It's built to home build specifications re: insulation so it's lovely and toasty throughout the winter months.
Situated 350 metres from the beach the accommodation offers an alternative to the bustle of city life. Inundated with unpoilt, natural beaches the area offers peace and relaxation as well as access to the John Muir Way and Scotlands' Golf Coast. 27 minutes to Edinburgh by car. 50 minutes to Edinburgh by bus - there's a bus stop located at the holiday park. 15 minutes to Edinburgh from Prestonpans train station. Less than a minutes walk from the on-site 9 hole golf course and just 1km away from the first of the 21 golf courses on the Golf Coast. It's adjacent to a popular cycling route.

No bookings permitted from commercial businesses, their staff and/or representatives

Seton Sands Holiday Village is operated by Haven. The caravan park is intended for holidaymakers only. As per Haven’s terms and conditions the caravan park cannot be used by commercial businesses or those that work for them. This includes, but is not limited to, e.g., shopfitters, electricians, construction workers etc. - essentially anyone that is intending to use the accommodation as a base for work purposes.

If we are made aware that you have booked as a commercial business, or a staff member(s) representing a commercial business, your booking will be cancelled. Failure, at the point of booking or thereafter, to disclose that you are representing, or working on behalf of a commercial business, will result in you (your group) being denied access to the caravan park by security staff. You will also lose any payment made (excluding damage deposit) regardless of the timescale of the booking. If you have booked in contravention of this policy and intend to arrive at the accommodation, please be aware that it is highly likely that security will refuse you entry to the park.

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging points are available in the car park, at reception. Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is not permitted at the accommodation, using the accommodation electricity supply. Guests who use electricity to charge their vehicle from the accommodation will be charged both for the electricity use and a £25 administrative fee. Guests may also be asked to leave the accommodation and the park. No refund will be provided. Please make sure you understand this rule before booking.

Late bookings: given that the property may be ready to let, guests may not always have the option to choose a preference for the twin room set up i.e., a preference for a double bed or two singles. Guests should be aware of this before making a late booking as it forms part of the late booking agreement.
